The weather is breaking and its the perfect time to adopt a puppy. The weather is getting warmer which means you will not have to freeze letting the puppy out at 3 a.m. During the spring and summer is the best time to train a puppy it allows you to socialize the dog outside and do the proper house training for the dog. It is most important to train your puppy properly from the start to be sure it house broken and when the weather is nice that makes it much easier to do.
